Lou took 2 chairs for repairs of damage during a move; both were family pieces and they never returned them...he was engaged by the moving company. I was reimbursed for the chairs by the moving company. I just want my 2 chairs back! Would never use him for any projects

Two years ago took half the money to fix a chair, never delivered back, he still has it! Extremely unsatisfied!

Lou took 1/2 of the money for the job and never once even showed up to work. Made a long string of excuses as to why he wasn’t showing up, over and over, and finally he just said that he couldn’t work on the table. After that, he never refunded the money and won’t answer phone calls. Totally unacceptable...do not call this man!

Took half my money, and didn’t finish the job left the cabinet outside in the rain (while I was away), and took off all the hardware and only gave me part of the cabinet doors back. Never returned phone call!

Trafino cut down a kitchen cabinet so I could fit a taller refrigerator. Excellent work. Time estimates and cost were good. Also repaired the silverware drawer so it is like new. Skilled work. Strongly recommended.
